Terms & Conditions
1.Each membership entitles one free adult to attend the session with them, any extras will be charged our standard admission price.
2. Each child registered as a member will need to have their photograph taken to be on their registration form. This will be checked on arrival alongside your Membership Card.
3. Membership entitles you to one standard play session per day at Imagination Fascination, operating times subject to change.
4. You must produce your membership card to gain entry into Imagination Fascination, without your card you will not be able to gain entry.
5. Replacement membership cards are charged at £20 per card.
6. Parents/guardians are required to supervise children at all times.
7. Membership is non-transferable.
8. Imagination Fascination’s admission & safety rules apply and can be seen in full on our website www.imaginationfascinationwsm.com. Failure to comply with our rules may result in termination of membership without refund.
9. By joining, you accept to adhere to our rules.
10. No refund will be given to non operation of play features for routine maintenance.
11. Membership does not include admission for our ticketed events or extra activities as listed on our timetable or website - see separate charges for these extra activities.
12. Note: Imagination Fascination does have a capacity and during busy periods this may be met. Members do not afford special entry in such events and must wait in line for entry.
