No, unfortunately due to our location on the main highstreet we do not have a private car park. We advise the Soverign Centre car park as our closest car park, from there you can head out onto the main highstreet to find us. You can also find lots of street parking around the town centre too.

Yes! We are in a great location for all public transport routes. We have many bus routes linked to the town centre where we are based. We also are located a short walk away from Weston-super-Mare's train station. 

Yes. We accept both payment options onsite. 

We have access for wheel chairs up to our first floor which is where our reception, cafe and role-play are located. We also have accessible toilets. 

Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access up to our second floor, where our nerf room and party room are located. 

Yes we have changing facilities in our main unisex bathroom and also our accessible disabled bathroom.

We have a variety of different prices. 

We operate off-peak admission prices, peak admission prices, our toddler morning deal and our after-school meal deal.

Pre-booking is always advised in case of a busy session. This will allow you to see if the session is available. However we can accommodate to payments on arrival and is usually not an issue to enter.

Please arrival for the start time of your session, staff will be busy resetting the play centre ready for the customers the start time.

Unfortunately we do not processed refunds for missed sessions. But we would be more than happy to move your booked session over to another date. 

Yes, these can be purchased by visiting us at the centre of you can purchase them through our website. Our gift vouchers can be used on entry admissions and event tickets only. 

Yes! We offer party packages for up to 20 children during our standard day sessions. We also offer exclusive hire options to cater to larger groups. You can find out more information and book party package through our website.

Yes, these can be purchased in store.

Each membership can have a free adult attend with them. You can also get £10 off, when purchasing multiple memberships. 

Our roleplay area is a designated area for children aged 7 and below. We allow older children to play calmly with younger siblings, but do not tolerate boisterous play in the roleplay area. This is to keep it a safe zone for the younger children. 

Our nerf zone is designated for the children aged 7 years and above. We don't mind younger children going up for an explore and play, however they must be fully supervised by their carer when up there.

Socks! This is a hygiene requirement for when visiting us. Other than that, please where whatever you are most comfortable in.

The parents or carers that attend with the children are responsible for them at all time. Our staff will do regular checks around the play area too.

Yes. If you have an allergy please let a member of the team know and they can let you know our various options available to suit you. 

No, we kindly ask that you don't bring any other food onsite with you to be eaten. 

Food is available during every session.
